A seasoned professional with more than 22 years of stellar experience in building and leading large financial businesses across wholesale and retail segments, Mr Palve is an expert in capital raising, financial performance improvement, risk monitoring, debt management, and corporate banking.
Mr Sanjay Palve is Managing Director – Essar Capital, the investment manager for Essar Global Fund Limited (‘EGFL’), and has previously held leadership positions at ICICI Bank, YES Bank and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
He has been awarded ‘Business Leader of the Year’ in the NBFC segment by ET Now. He is also a member of various industry associations including Infrastructure Sector and Energy Sector Committees of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI), Co-chair for Agriculture Committee of ASSOCHAM for Maharashtra; Infrastructure Committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for Southern Chapter, Sub-committee of Indian Bank’s Association (IBA) on Infrastructure and CII National Committee on Bio & Wind Energy 2017-18.
